I hereby give notice that a Finance and Policy Committee meeting of Bardney Group Parish Council, will be held at Bardney Village Hall Committee Room, Bardney, on Wednesday 14th October 2026 at 11.00am.

All Members of the Finance and Policy Committee are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and deciding upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.

Please note that this meeting may be recorded to assist in accurate minute taking.

107	-26/27	Fire Safety Announcement. The Chair will give a fire safety announcement.
108	-26/27	Apologies for Absence. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting, in accordance with Local Government Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.
109	-26/27	Declarations of Interests under the Localism Act 2011. To receive declarations of interest and to consider dispensation applications in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.

114	-26/27	Preparation of the 2027 – 2028 Budget. To review the proposed headings, consider potential costs against each heading and identify any further information required to prepare for the draft budget for the 2027-2028 financial year.
115	-26/27	Items for Future Agendas. To identify matters for consideration on future agendas.
116	-26/27	Exclusion of Press and Public. TO RESOLVE TO MOVE INTO CLOSED SESSION IN ACCORDANCE WITH PUBLIC BODIES (ADMISSION TO MEETINGS) ACT 1960 DUE TO THE CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF THE BUSINESS TO BE DISCUSSED IN RELATION TO THE FOLLOWING MATTERS.

To consider proposed individual staff salary arrangements for 2027 - 2028 financial year and the potential financial implications for the Council’s budget. Potential Employment Tribunal Claim.
