You are hereby invited to attend the next Cemetery Committee Meeting of Bardney Group Parish Council, which will be held at Bardney Village Hall, Bardney on Tuesday 20 th June 2023 at 6.30pm at which the under mentioned business will be transacted.
There will not be a public forum at the start of this meeting however this meeting will take place in public and members of the public and the press are welcome to observe.
Please note that this meeting may be recorded to assist in accurate minute taking.

To elect Chair of the Cemetery Committee
2. Election of Vice-Chair
To elect a Vice-Chair of the Cemetery Committee
3. Apologies for Absence
To receive and accept apologies
4. Declarations of Interests
To receive any declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
5. To agree and approve the Cemetery Committee Terms of Reference
