Notice of the Annual Parish Meeting of Electors for Bardney, Southery, Stainfield and Apley
I hereby give notice that the Annual Parish Meeting of Electors of Bardney Group Parish Council will be held at Bardney Village Hall on Wednesday 20th May 2026 at 6.00pm. All Members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.
The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting of all the local government electors for the parish. It is NOT a meeting of the Parish Council, but a meeting which the public may participate. Anyone may attend, but only registered electors of the parishes of Bardney, Stainfield, Southrey and Apley may speak and vote.
Please note that this meeting may be recorded to assist in accurate minute taking.
