You are hereby notified of the Personnel and Review Committee meeting of Bardney Group Parish Council which will take place on Thursday 9th September 2021 2.00pm at which the under mentioned business will be transacted. To be held at Bardney Fire Station, Alma Martin Way, Bardney Lincoln LN3 5TF.
There will be a 5 minute public forum prior to the start of the meeting between 2.00pm-2.05pm where members of the public may address the council. Questions to the Council for inclusion at the meeting must be submitted to the Clerk by 12 noon on Tuesday 7th September 2021

2- P&R2021/22 Apologies for Absence. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
3- P&R2021/22 To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Member’s Register of Interests.
4- P&R2021/22 To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting held on 24th June 2020. To authorise the Chair to sign the official minutes.
