Personnel and Review Committee

The next meeting of the Personnel and Review Committee will be held in the Committee Room, Bardney Village Hall, Bardney on Tuesday 30th May at 7:00pm.  It is expected that all members will make every effort to attend.  Any member not able to attend should pass their apologies to either the Chairman of the Committee TBC, the Chairman of the Parish Council or the Administration Assistant.

Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum will ordinarily, of no more than 5 minutes, be held.  The public may address the Council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.

Agenda

  1. To Elect a Chairman for the Committee.
  2. To Elect a Vice-Chairman for the Committee.
  3. Declaration of interest: To record declarations of interest any Member of the Council in respect of the agenda items listed below and to note dispensations given to any Member of the Council in respect of the Agenda items listed below.

TO RESOLVE TO MOVE INTO CLOSED SESSION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PUBLIC BODIES (ADMISSION TO MEETINGS) ACT 1960 DUE TO THE CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF THE BUSINESS TO BE DISCUSSED IN RELATION TO THE FOLLOWING MATTERS:

  1. To receive a staffing update and review the Parish Office opening times
