NOTICE OF PERSONNEL AND REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING
Dear Sir/Madam,
You are hereby summoned to attend the Personnel and Review Committee Meeting of Bardney Group Parish Council, which will be held at Bardney Pavilion, Bardney on Thursday 25 April 2024 at 6.00pm at which the under mentioned business will be transacted.
There will then be a 15 minute public forum when members of the public may address the Council on current issues or items that may become future agenda items.
Please note that this meeting may be recorded to assist in accurate minute taking.

379-23/24. Apologies for Absence.
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting in accordance with Local Gov. Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.
380-23/24. Declarations of Interests.
To receive declarations of interest and to consider dispensation applications in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.
381-23/24. Consider and approve as Minutes, the following notes;
a. Notes of the Committee meeting held on Wednesday 6 March 2024 to be approved as Minutes.
382-23/24. To resolve to move into closed session in accordance with the public bodies (admission to meetings) act 1960 due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed in relation to the following matters:
a. Consider the applications received for the advertised post of Clerk/RFO and sift for interview.
b. Consider a date for interviews to be undertaken and who would carry them out.
