To approve minutes of the meeting held 1st October 2025

RESOLVED That these are approved as a true record of the meeting held on 1st October 2025

Health and Safety update

Update on Health and Safety provision

 

The Clerk reported that the contract had now been signed an initial meeting with be arranged.

RESOLVED That the Clerk will inform Council when the initial meeting will take place allowing members to attend

Contracts

Members were asked to consider contracts for the Clerk and Responsible Finance Officer

 

RESOLVED That the NALC/SLCC agreed contract will be adopted

  1. Staffing Issues

To consider staffing issue and resolve actions to be taken

 

Members read a report following an independent investigation and reports, with recommendations, from appointed HR panel following a meeting with a staff member and their companion.

 

RESOLVED That recommendations from HR panel should be followed.
