I hereby give notice that a Personnel and Review and Health and Safety Committee of Bardney Group Parish Council, will be held at Bardney Village Hall, Bardney, on Monday 28th September 2026 at 6.30pm.

All Members of the Personnel and Review and Health and Safety Committee are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.

Please note that this meeting may be recorded to assist in accurate minute taking.

82	-26/27	Fire Safety Announcement. The Chair will give a fire safety announcement.
83	-26/27	Apologies for Absence. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting, in accordance with Local Government Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.
84	-26/27	Declarations of Interests under the Localism Act 2011. To receive declarations of interest and to consider dispensation applications in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.

88	-26/27	Items for Future Agendas. To identify matters for consideration at future meetings
89	-26/27	Exclusion of Press and Public. TO RESOLVE TO MOVE INTO CLOSED SESSION IN ACCORDANCE WITH PUBLIC BODIES (ADMISSION TO MEETINGS) ACT 1960 DUE TO THE CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF THE BUSINESS TO BE DISCUSSED IN RELATION TO THE FOLLOWING MATTERS.
90	-26/27	Employment Tribunal Claim. To receive an update on the ongoing employment tribunal proceedings. To consider any advice, correspondence or information received. To consider and agree any decisions or actions required in relation to the ongoing proceedings.
91	-26/27	Strategic Decision Document. To consider and agree any decisions on the draft Strategic Decision Document relating to future staffing and office capacity.
92	-26/27	Date of Next Meeting.
