NOTICE OF CEMETERY COMMITTEE MEETING
Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the next Cemetery Committee Meeting of Bardney Group Parish Council, which will be held at Bardney Pavilion on Monday 29th January at 2.00pm at which the under mentioned business will be transacted.
There will not be a public forum at the start of this meeting however this meeting will take place in public and members of the public and the press are welcome to observe.
Please note that this meeting may be recorded to assist in accurate minute taking.
AGENDA
283-23/24 To receive apologies for absence.
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting in accordance with Local Gov. Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.
284-23/24 Declarations of Interests
To receive any declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
285-23/24 To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting held on 24th August 2023 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.

287-23/24 Review charges for burial plots and administration.
