Notice of Annual Parish Meeting of Electors For
Bardney, Southrey, Stainfield & Apley
I hereby give notice that the Annual Parish Meeting of Electors for the Bardney Group will be held on Tuesday 20th May 2025 at Village Hall, Bardney commencing at 7.00 pm.
The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting of all the local government electors for the Parish. It is NOT a Meeting of the Parish Council, but a meeting which the public can participate in.
Anyone may attend but only registered electors of Bardney, Stainfield, Southrey and Apley Parish’s may speak and vote.

1. To consider for approval as Minutes, the notes of the 2024 Annual Parish Meeting of Electors.
2. Chairman’s Report.
3. Report from Cllr. Ian Fleetwood, District Councillor for West Lyndsey District Council.
4. Report from Cllr. Trevor Bridgwood, County Councillor for Lincolnshire.
5. Accounts for organisations linked to Bardney Group Parish Council.
6. Presentation of Awards for The Rogers Shield and Community Champion Certificates.
7. Items raised by the public.
