4 February 2026 Extraordinary meeting

Dear Councillor
You are hereby summoned to attend an extraordinary meeting of Bardney Group Parish Council will be held at Bardney Village Hall, Bardney on Wednesday 4th February 2026 7.00pm.

There will then be a 10 minute public forum when members of the public may address the Council on current issues or items that may become future agenda items.  These can be submitted beforehand by emailing the Clerk: clerk@bardneygroup-pc.gov.uk.

Please note that this meeting may be recorded to assist in accurate minute taking.

The Chairman will give a fire safety announcement.

26–21 Apologies for Absence.
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting, in accordance with Local Gov. Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.

26-22 Declarations of Interests.
To receive declarations of interest and to consider dispensation applications in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.

26-23    Clerk Vacancy
To consider advertising the Clerk vacancy and how the proper office role will be covered until the post is filled

26-24    Bank signatories
To resolve additional bank signatories/online authorisation

26-25     P&R Committee
To receive a report from the P&R committee regarding on going staffing issue.  (Delegation of responsibility for staffing issues was resolved September 2025)
