You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Cemetery and Allotment Committee of Bardney Group Parish Council will be held at Bardney Village Hall, Bardney on Wednesday 18th February 2026 at 6.00pm.

There will then be a 10 minute public forum when members of the public may address the Council on current issues or items that may become future agenda items in relation to this committee.  These can be submitted beforehand by emailing the Clerk: clerk@bardneygroup-pc.gov.uk.

Please note that this meeting may be recorded to assist in accurate minute taking.

                To elect a Chair of the Council and delegate proper office role of Parish Council until a new     Clerk/RFO is employed

                The Chairman will give a fire safety announcement.

26-5CA Apologies for Absence.
                  To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk   prior to the meeting, in accordance with Local Gov. Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.

26-6CA Declarations of Interests.
                  To receive declarations of interest and to consider dispensation applications in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.

27-7CA Exclusion of Press and Public
To determine which items, if any, are to be discussed with the press and public excluded

Members are asked to consider and make any decisions on the following:

a)    Plot Inspections
b)    Updating the Allotment Agreements
c)    Increasing the Allotment Fees
d)    Any other relevant matter

27-9CA Cemetery

Members are asked to consider and make decisions on the following:

a)    Interments – update on relevant matters
b)    Tree works – update on the tree which came down in the storm
c)    Any environmental enhancements to the cemetery
d)    Repairs and painting of the lytchgate
e)    Grass cutting and maintenance of the site
f)    Cemetery Records
g)    Any other relevant matter

27-10CA Other matters relating to the remit of this Committee

a)    Portacabin removal
b)    Update on the water pipe inspection and replacement 

27-11CA Date of next meeting
