Dear Sir/Madam,

I hereby give notice that an Allotment and Cemetery Committee of Bardney Group Parish Council, will be held at The Parish Office, Village Hall, Bardney, on Thursday 8th October 2026 at 1.00pm.

All Members of the Allotment and Cemetery Committee are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.

Please note that this meeting may be recorded to assist in accurate minute taking.

93	-26/27	Fire Safety Announcement. The Chair will give a fire safety announcement.
94	-26/27	Election of Allotment and Cemetery Committee Chair. To elect the Chair of the Allotment and Cemetery Committee for the forthcoming year 2026-2027.
95	-26/27	Election of Vice-Chair. To elect the Vice-Chair of the Allotment and Cemetery Committee for the forthcoming year 2026-2027.
