Meeting started at 3.00pm
The Chairman of the Sub-Committee welcomed everyone to the meeting.
A recording notice was provided to inform that the meeting would be recorded to assist in accurate minute-taking.
113-23/24 Apologies for Absence
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting in accordance with Local Gov. Act 1972from, Sch 12, para 40.

114-23/24 Declarations of Interest
To receive any declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on the Members Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting held on 30th May 2023 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.
PROPOSED Cllr Wright. SECONDED Cllr Hutchinson and carried UNANIMOUSLY.
115-23/24 To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting held on 30th May 2023 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official Minutes.
PROPOSED Cllr Lane. SECONDED Cllr Hutchinson and carried UNANIMOUSLY.
116-23/24 To approve as a correct record the Confidential notes of the meeting held on 30th May 2023 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official Minutes.
PROPOSED Cllr Wright. SECONDED Cllr Lane and carried UNANIMOUSLY.
117-23/24 To approve as correct record the notes of the meeting held on 12th June 2023 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official Minutes.
Cllr Hutchinson reiterated he had been at the meeting and not absent as the apologies stated, minutes to be corrected.
PROPOSED Cllr Wright. SECONDED Cllr Lane and carried UNANIMOUSLY.
118-23/24 To appoint a Vice-Chairman.
Cllr Wright asked Cllr Hutchinson if he would become the new Vice-Chairman and he accepted.
PROPOSED Cllr Wright. SECONDED Cllr Lane and carried UNANIMOUSLY.
119-23/24 Chairmans Report.
The Chairman had nothing to add besides what we were to discuss in the closed session.
120-23/24 To resolve to move into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed in relation to the following matters:
PROPOSED Cllr Lane SECONDED Cllr Hutchinson and carried UNANIMOUSLY.
3.10 pm Moved to closed session.
121-23/24 To approve backdated staff overtime payments from April, May and June 2023
122-23/24 To resolve and review applicants for Clerk/RFO position and invite for interview
123-23/24 To appoint Councillors to the Interviewing Panel for Clerk/RFO
124-23/24 To note contact received from the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service
125-23/24 To note the date of the next Meeting (if applicable)
