You are hereby informed that the next meeting of Bardney Group Parish Council, that is to be held in the St Francis, Catholic Church, Station Rd, Bardney LN3 5UA on Thursday 24th June 2021 to commence immediately after the Annual Parish Meeting, at which the under mentioned business will be transacted. There will be a 5 minute public forum prior to the start of the meeting where members of the public may address the council, and your attendance is also required during this period.
MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC ARE INVITED TO ATTEND, HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE MEETING FOR ITEMS WHERE IT HAS BEEN RESOLVED THAT PUBLICITY MAY BE PREJUDICIAL, DUE TO THE SPECIAL OR CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF THE BUSINESS.

AGENDA
13-2021/22 Apologies for Absence. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
14-2021/22 To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Member’s Register of Interests.
15-2021/22 To receive and consider any dispensation requests on agenda items and decide whether they are to be granted.
16-2021/22 To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting held on 18th March 2021. To authorise the Chair to sign the official minutes.
17-2021/22 To receive and consider a report from the Chairman of the Council.
18-2021/22 To receive and consider a report from the Clerk to the Council on any outstanding matters and correspondence received since the meeting of 18th March 2021.
19-2021/22 Financial matters:
- To approve the bank reconciliation statement for April and May 2021.
- To ratify payments of accounts, salaries, BACS payments & payments already made for May and June 2021.
20-2021/22 Planning matters To note any approved applications received and to consider any planning applications and decide any comments that the Council wishes to make.
21-2021/22 Ward Reports To receive ward reports from council members
22-2021/22 Request for use of Village Green on Sunday 1st August by St Lawrence Church
23-2021/22 To receive update on St Oswald Feast.
24-2021/22 To receive update on the Parish Office
25-2021/22 To approve date and time of next meeting Thursday 22nd July venue TBA
