You are hereby summoned to the next meeting of Bardney Group Parish Council which is to be held in the Meeting Room, Bardney Fire Station, 2B Alma Martin Way, Bardney on Thursday 17th October 2019 7.00pm at which the under mentioned business will be transacted. There will be a 5 minute public forum prior to the start of the meeting between 7.00pm-7.05pm where members of the public may address the council, your attendance is also required during this period.
MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC ARE INVITED TO ATTEND, HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE MEETING FOR ITEMS WHERE IT HAS BEEN RESOLVED THAT PUBLICITY MAY BE PREJUDICIAL, DUE TO THE SPECIAL OR CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF THE BUSINESS.

75-2019/20 Apologies for Absence. To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
76-2019/20 To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Member’s Register of Interests.
77-2019/20 To receive and consider any dispensation requests on agenda items and decide whether they are to be granted.
78-2019/20 To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting held on 19th September 2019. To authorise the Chair to sign the official minutes.
79-2019/20 To receive and consider a report from the Chairman of the Council.
80-2019/20 To receive and consider a report from the Clerk to the Council on any outstanding matters and correspondence received since the meeting of 19th September 2019.
81-2019/20 Financial matters:
- To approve the bank reconciliation statement for September 2019.
- To ratify payments of accounts, salaries, BACS payments & payments already made.
82-2019/20 Planning matters To note any approved applications received and to consider any planning applications and decide any comments that the Council wishes to make.
83-2019/20 General Powers of Competency To resolve to adopt GPC.
84-2019/20 Grass Cutting 2020 To approve grass cutting proposals for 2020 onwards.
85-2019/20 Chestnut Homes Phase 1 To support residents with on-going issues on the estate.
86-2019/20 Land Research To receive an update from Councillor Waddington.
87-2019/20 Community Land To approve costs for Community Land.
88-2019/20 Cemetery Improvement Group To discuss a request from Cemetery Improvement Group to make repairs to headstones and edging stones.
89-2019/20 Cemetery Terms and Conditions To discuss and approve revised terms and conditions (Cllr Speed)
90 -2019/20 To approve date of next meeting as 21st November 2019.
