NOTICE OF PERSONNEL AND REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING

You are hereby summoned to attend the Personnel and Review Committee Meeting of Bardney Group Parish Council, which will be held at the Parish Office on Monday 03 February 2025 at 7:00pm at which the under mentioned business will be transacted.

169-24/25.  Apologies for Absence.
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting in accordance with Local Gov. Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.

170-24/25.  Declarations of Interests.
To receive declarations of interest and to consider dispensation applications in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.

171-24/25.  Public Forum.
There will then be a 10 minute public forum when members of the public may address the Committee on agenda items.  These can be submitted beforehand by emailing the Clerk: clerk@bardneygroup-pc.gov.uk.

172-24/25.  Notes of the Personnel and Review Committee Meeting held on Tuesday 03 December 2024 to be approved as Minutes.

173-24/25.  To resolve to move into closed session in accordance with the public bodies (admission to meetings) act 1960 due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed in relation to the following matters:
a.  To discuss the Clerk’s resignation.
b.  To discuss advertising the Clerk position or consider an alternative regarding advertising (RFO and Clerk roles).
