You are hereby summoned to attend the a Meeting of Bardney Group Parish Council to be held on Tuesday 27th May 2025 at 7 p.m. at the Village Hall, Silver Street, Bardney.

Recording of Meetings
Under the Openness of Local Government Bodies Regulations 2014, members of the public may now film, photograph and make audio recordings of the proceedings of the formal Council meeting, though not, under current legislation, of the Public Participation session, as this is not part of the formal agenda of the meeting. Recording activity should be respectful to the conduct of the meeting and behaviour that disrupts the meeting (such as oral commentary) will not be permitted.

1. Fire Safety Announcement
The Chairman will give a fire safety announcement.
2. Apologies for Absence
Members are asked to receive apologies of absence for this meeting.
3. Declarations of Interest.
To receive declarations of interest under consideration on this agenda in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 s32 and The Relevant Authorities (Disclosable Pecuniary Interests) Regulations 2012.
Members are reminded that should you declare a pecuniary interest at a meeting, it is your responsibility to inform the Monitoring Officer.
4. Public Question Time and Participation
Members of the public are advised that they are welcome to ask questions about items on the agenda. It is not always possible to give a verbal response at the meeting and questions may receive a written reply. No resolution can be made under this item.
Questions should relate to matters of Parish Council policy or practice and not relate to the individual affairs of either the questioner or any other named person.

7. Finance
i) Invoices for payment
Members are asked to consider and confirm the payments as per the attached schedule.

ii) Internal Audit March 2025
Members are asked to consider the attached report on the unsatisfactory areas of the Internal Audit report and confirm the way forward.

iii) End of Year Accounts
Whilst Members received the final bank reconciliation and a report on the end of year accounts processes the actual process required by the Parish Council has not yet been followed.
Members are therefore asked to confirm the following:
• End of year accounts 2024/205
• AGAR Form
• Governance and Accountability Statement
• Any other paperwork in relation to the AGAR
• The relevant paperwork be sent to the External Auditors
• That the Exercise of Public Rights be published on Monday 23rd June 2025

iv) Any other Financial Matter
• Members are asked to allow the Locum Parish Clerk to spend up to £500 on new tools and equipment following the decision that the Handyman no longer uses his own tools, as per the minutes of the Personnel and Review and Health and Safety Committee meeting of 6th May 2025. The Locum Parish Clerk is in receipt of a list of items required by the Handyman and does not feel that items listed are unreasonable and looking at the prices of what has been requested that £500 should cover them.
• During the installation of the new water pipe at the allotments one of the tenants had a hole put in the bottom of their new netting by the digger that was being used. Members are asked to make a payment of £29.99 to the tenant to replace the netting. The Locum Parish Clerk has seen the evidence of the damage.
8. Planning
Members are asked to:

There are no planning applications for consideration as at the time of writing the agenda.
