You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Bardney Group Parish Council will be held at Bardney Village Hall, Bardney on Wednesday 24th September at 7.00pm.

 

There will then be a 10 minute public forum when members of the public may address the Council on current issues or items that may become future agenda items.  These can be submitted beforehand by emailing the Clerk: clerk@bardneygroup-pc.gov.uk.

        1. Fire Safety Announcement

                The Chairman will give a fire safety announcement.

 

  1. Apologies for Absence.
    To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting, in accordance with Local Gov. Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.

 

  1. Declarations of Interests.
    To receive declarations of interest and to consider dispensation applications in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.

 

  1. Exclusion of Press and Public

To determine which items, if any, are to be discussed with the press and public excluded

 

  1. Minutes of Previous Meetings

Council is asked to approve the minutes of the meetings held on 15 July and 12 August

 

  1. Clerk’s Report

To receive a report on actions taken since the meetings held on 15 July and 12 August

 

  1. Items for consideration and resolution

 

  1. Delegation of responsibility to P&R Committee

Council is asked to consider extending the powers delegated to the P&R Committee

 

  1. Sale of Portacabin

Council is asked to consider offers to purchase the Portacabin and resolve a sale

 

  1. Emails and website

Council is asked to consider a new email and website contract.Following the previous meeting where this was discussed, additional instructions from External Audit have been given and Council is asked to re-consider

 

  1. Christmas Lights

Council is asked to consider the installation of Christmas Lights with a suggested switch on date of 23 November to coincide with the Christmas Market to be held in the Village hall.

 

  1. Tree on Cemetery

Council is asked to consider report and quotation to carry out additional work to the large tree on the cemetery.Cost estimated at £475.00

 

  1. Access over village green

To consider legal advice

 

  1. Finance
  1. To receive account balances to 31st August 2025

 

  1. Council is asked to approve invoices for payments, report prepared by the RFO

 

 

  1. Council is asked to approve payments made since the meeting help on  12th August 2025, report prepared by the RFO

 

  1. Council is asked to approve bank reconciliation prepared by the RFO
