6. Lottery Application for Bardney Children’s Play Park
Councillor Laughton has asked that the following be an agenda item and considered at this meeting including agreeing a way forward.
Cllr. Laughton will give a verbal report and will ask the Council to consider them submitting a National Lottery grant application for the Playing Field Play Equipment which needs replacing.

7. Bardney Children’s Play Park Match Funding
Councillors Percival and Sullivan have asked that the following be an agenda item and considered at this meeting including agreeing a way forward.
Members are therefore asked to consider the proposal and agree the way forward.
We propose the council support our local community & match the generous donation of £25k provided by the Kitchings charity towards the refurbishment of the local children’s play park.
As highlighted by the public at our electors meeting, we achieved very little in 2024/2025 and have significant funds available. There was clear dissatisfaction with the councils work & this is an opportunity to have a really positive impact on our local community.
These funds should be provided to the play park working committee for them to decide how to best spend the funds as they understand what is needed, priorities etc.

8. Planning Application
Members are asked to consider the Planning Application below – Members are asked to note that the Locum Parish Clerk will bring more information to the meeting as the Planning Notice attached to the lamp post outside the property says it was registered on the 30th April 2025 yet no information is available on the planning portal about the application before the Parish Council meeting on the 27th April 2025. This means that the Council will need an extension to respond.
