NOTICE OF FULL COUNCIL MEETING
Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the Full Council Meeting of Bardney Group Parish Council, which will be held at Bardney Village Hall, Bardney on 16th January 2024 at 7.00pm at which the under mentioned business will be transacted.
There will be a 15 minute public forum prior to the start of the meeting where members of the public may address the Council on current issues or items that may become future agenda items.
Please note that this meeting may be recorded to assist in accurate minute taking.
AGENDA
To consider and agree courses of action for the following:
258-23/24 Apologies for Absence To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting in accordance with Local Gov. Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.
259-23/24 Declarations of Interests To receive any declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
Cllr B. Percival has made a declaration of interest on agenda item 266-23/24.
260-23/24 To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting held on 21st November 2023, Extra-Ordinary Meeting 15th November 2033 and Extra-Ordinary Meeting on 5th December 2023 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.

263-23/24 Consider and agree the Contract with Wragby for hire of the Handyman.
264-23/24 Consider and agree intention with regard grass cutting of the Cemetery.
265-23/24 Consider and approve location of the New Cycle Rack.
266-23/24 Consider application made for funds from Bardney Bowls Club. Note Declaration of Interest. Cllr B. Percival noted.
267-23/24 To ratify the payments made in December 2023, note the receipts, and approve the list of payments to be made in January 2024.
268-23/24 To approve the Bank Reconciliation Statement as of 30th December 2023.
