NOTICE OF EXTRA COUNCIL MEETING
Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the Extra Council Meeting of Bardney Group Parish Council, which will be held at Bardney Methodist Hall, Bardney on 29th January 2024 at 7.00pm at which the under mentioned business will be transacted.
There will be a 15 minute public forum prior to the start of the meeting where members of the public may address the Council on current issues or items that may become future agenda items.
Please note that this meeting may be recorded to assist in accurate minute taking.

288-23/24 Apologies for Absence To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting in accordance with Local Gov. Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.
289-23/24 Declarations of Interests To receive any declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.

To consider and agree courses of action for the following
292-23/24 BGPC Precept for 24/25. After agreeing budget, consider rate fixing and approve the final Precept request for submission to WLDC.
293-23/24 To set up a Playing Field Working Group to include non-Councillors.
294-23/24 To consider and agree application for BGPC Credit Card.
295-23/24 Bank reconciliation from 01/11/2023 to 31/12/2023 – deferred from previous meeting.
296-23/24 To consider and approve Grass Cutting Contract 2024 to 2027.
297-23/24 To consider Lindum Group Endurance Ride from St Oswald’s Park and agree rental.
