I hereby give notice that a Full Council Meeting of Bardney Group Parish Council, will be held at Stainfield Village Hall, Stainfield, on Wednesday 16th September 2026 at 7.00pm.
All Members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and deciding upon the business to be transacted at the meeting, as set out hereunder.
Please note that this meeting may be recorded to assist in accurate minute taking.

62 -26/27 Fire Safety Announcement. The Chair will give a fire safety announcement.
63 -26/27 Apologies for Absence.
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting, in accordance with Local Government Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.
