You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting the Bardney Group Parish Council to be held at Bardney Village Hall, Bardney on Wednesday, 18 March 2026 at 7pm.
There will be a 10 minute public forum when members of the public may address the Council on current issues or items that may become future agenda items. These can also be submitted beforehand by emailing the Clerk: clerk@bardneygroup-pc.gov.uk

26-46 Election of Chair: to elect a Chair of the Council and delegate Proper Officer role of the Parish Council until a new Clerk/RFO is employed

26-58 Use of St Oswald’s Field: to consider a request from Panthers Football Teams to use space on the field for car parking for a major tournament they are organising at the end of August.
