NOTICE OF EXTRA-ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
Dear Parishioner,
You are hereby invited to attend the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of Bardney Group Parish Council, which will be held at Bardney Village Hall, Bardney on Thursday 10 th August 2023 at 7.00pm at which the under mentioned business will be transacted.
There will be a 15 minute public forum prior to the start of the meeting where members of the public may address the Council on current issues or items that may become future agenda items.
Please note that this meeting may be recorded to assist in accurate minute taking.
AGENDA
76-22/23 Apologies for Absence
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting in accordance with Local Gov. Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.
77-22/23 Declarations of Interests
To receive any declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
78-22/23 To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting held on 18 th July 2023 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.

86-22/23 To approve the Cemetery Committee’s Terms of Reference and the Cemetery Terms and Conditions
87-22/23 To review and approve the updated Co-Option Policy
88-22/23 To ratify the approved users of the Parish Council’s Social Media Accounts
89-22/23 To receive an update on the Freedom of Information Request in relation to St Oswald’s Feast Event
Financial Matters:
90-22/23 To ratify the payments for July 2023, note the receipts and to approve the list of payments to be made for August 2023
91-22/23 To approve the Bank Reconciliation Statement as at 31 st July 2023
92-22/23 To receive the Budget Report as at 31 st July 2023
93-22/23 To agree the amount of funds to be transferred and maintained in the savings account
94-22/23 To agree a maintenance budget for village flower planters
95-22/23 To receive an update on Insurance Cover
96-22/23 To receive and approve the Governance Report provided by LALC
97-22/23 To receive an update on the External Audit
98-22/23 To resolve to move into closed session in accordance with the public bodies(admission to meetings) act 1960 due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed in relation to the following matters:

100-22/23 To approve backdated staff overtime payments from April, May and June 2023
