BARDNEY GROUP PARISH COUNCIL
Extra-ordinary General Meeting
An Extra-Ordinary Meeting of Bardney Group Parish Council will be held in the Committee Room, Bardney Village Hall, Bardney on Thursday 1st June at 7:00pm. It is expected that all members will make every effort to attend. Any member not able to attend should pass their apologies to either the Chairman of the Committee TBC, the Chairman of the Parish Council or the Administration Assistant.
Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum will ordinarily, of no more than 5 minutes, be held. The public may address the Council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.
Agenda
- Declaration of interest: To record declarations of interest any Member of the Council in respect of the agenda items listed below and to note dispensations given to any Member of the Council in respect of the Agenda items listed below.
- To resolve to re-instate the public forum at the beginning of meetings to 15 minutes.
- To agree to membership of Lincolnshire Association of Local Councils with the associated membership fees and enable training to be made available for all Councillors.
- To agree the cost of the Polling Cards in the event of an Apley Parish election.
- To ratify the insurance renewal.
- To agree the term of reference for the Personnel and Review Committee.
- To ensure that St. Oswald’s Festival is carried out with the correct licenses, insurance, procedures.
TO RESOLVE TO MOVE INTO CLOSED SESSION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PUBLIC BODIES (ADMISSION TO MEETINGS) ACT 1960 DUE TO THE CONFIDENTIAL NATURE OF THE BUSINESS TO BE DISCUSSED IN RELATION TO THE FOLLOWING MATTERS:
- To receive a staffing update from the Personnel and Review Committee
