NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY COUNCIL MEETING
Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend the Extra-Ordinary Council Meeting of Bardney Group Parish Council, which will be held at Bardney Village Hall, Bardney on 2nd November 2023 at 7.00pm at which the under mentioned business will be transacted. 
There will be a 15 minute public forum prior to the start of the meeting where members of the public may address the Council on current issues or items that may become future agenda items.
Please note that this meeting may be recorded to assist in accurate minute taking.
AGENDA
194-23/24 Apologies for Absence
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting in accordance with Local Gov. Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.
195-23/24 Declarations of Interests
To receive any declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
196-23/24 To receive any comments from the public
To consider and agree courses of action for the following:
197-23/24 To agree and resolve to adopt a LALC working group and Terms of Reference.
198-23/24 Electrical connections and extensions have failed for the upcoming Christmas display on the Village Green. To resolve to purchase Christmas lights and extensions.
199-23/24 Village Fund Revenue. We have an extension for our application for the £3000 grant. To discuss and approve items for expenditure. Quotes have been obtained for PA system, Hearing Aid Loop, Gazebo. To discuss an event for 2024 as this can come within the grant.
200-23/24 Remembrance Sunday to agree arrangements for the 3 Villages.
201-23/24 Cyber Insurance to agree and resolve to purchase Insurance.
